A villa built around its pool: terracotta render, a timber pergola and a garden that comes right up to the glass. The exteriors were photographed twice, in daylight and again at blue hour, because the house changes character completely once the water is lit.

Inside, one colour does all the work — emerald against grey marble, timber slats and brass. The sequence follows the plan from the stair up, and the details were kept for the end.
